With Doug gone to Maine for a study course and Taylor heading to girls camp, I decided to take advantage of our Disneyland passes and head to California. For two days we managed to squeeze in as much as Disney as we could handle. The weather was absolutely PERFECT!
First stop was Toy Story Arcade. Which, is by far one of my favorite rides. We arrived late Tuesday afternoon and tried to hit a few rides before viewing the new Water Color show. The show was jam packed, but totally worth it. It was very impressive as Disneyland stuff always is.
The boys were a little antcy, due to the long wait in line and beat up on one another. But, lets be real, this is a normal routine in our household.
Wednesday we woke up extra early to beat the crowds and stayed from 8-12. I think we finally have Disneyland down to a science. We ended up riding the same amount of rides during that time than if we stayed from noon until close. Sad, but true.
Leaving at noon allowed us to head out to the beach for a few hours. Lucky for us my neice Alexa and her cute family just moved to Hunnington Beach.
Cute Jack playing in the sand.
You can't go to the beach and not get buried, at least this is Jared's thinking. They all took turns getting sand in every crevice of their body. They loved every minute of it.
We headed back around dinner time to catch a few more rides before stopping off at the Rainforest to eat dinner. It was our first time there and it did not disappoint. It was fun to have Grandpa and Grandma Clouse tag along with us for the drive over as well (minus the park).
And what did we do the last day before driving home?? Disneyland of course!! It was a quick trip, but a fun time!
