The school year kicked off with my birthday lunch (falling on Monday the 27th). Due to us now having most of our kids in school for at least a few hours, Monday's have turned into a ladies lunch. Those who know me KNOW that eating lunch is one of my favorite things to do. I am often mocked (well not really too bad) for how much I enjoy even just driving thru to pick up a diet coke and a BRC from El Polo Loco. Forget breakfast and dinner, lunch is my thing. It definitely makes Monday a day to look forward too! Is lunch your thing?
