200th Post

I can't believe I have actually typed 200 posts. Woo hoo for me!! I offically started blogging the last week of April and I am still here. Amazing really. Well, today the schedule got a bit screwed up. My boys got up an hour earlier than normal (5:30am) painful! So I finished up morning tasks, walked, showered and went up to the kids school for some last minute PTA stuff. By then I was in DESPERATE need of a soda from none other than Sonic of course. I went retrieved my morning "drug" and Weston fell asleep on the way home around 11am. So, my ventures came to an end due to a sleeping child. I got some other stuff done around the house and then I was out of time. The boys got up (around 2pm). A little earlier than normal due to an earlier naptime. So I then questioned to blog or not blog while they were awake. Well, as you can see I decided to blog and this is the result of my front room! So was it worth it? Well, they seem to have thought so because they are giggling and jumping on the couch. I'll I have to say is TGIF and Grey's Anatomy was worth watching!! Oh, and congrats to Jen & Glenn--I now have a new nephew Austin. We can't wait to meet him.

Seth was up at 4:30 this morning! Craig got up with him and tried to get some work done on a presentation, but...well, you know how that goes. So, both our kids went down at 5:30 tonight. Craig is now taking a nap and we have a date at 8pm, hopefully he'll wake up.

Waking up at 5:30am is a form of torture to me. How does that happen anyway? Kids are crazy. I don't know why they aren't drawn to the cozy comfort of their beds. I guess they have too many things to do each day and can't wait to get started.

Congrats on your 200th post!

Blogging is definitely worth it even if your kids making a mess is the end result. Of course, your ability to cope with the mess when you've been up since 5:30 in the morning is probably not as good as it would be if your kids had just stuck to their schedule! Why do they do that? Do you feel a sense of panic when your kids do that? I do. I always worry that Kaitlin is on the verge of drastically changing her sleep schedule. I'm very, very dependent upon her schedule!
