Tagged Again

1). What I was doing 10 years ago: I was a new mother to a 6 week old baby and we met up with Jon and Tara in San Francisco for their old room mate Steve's wedding reception.

2). What I was doing 5 years ago: We just moved to San Antonio for Doug to start his residency. We also went to Port Aransas beach with the Gordons, Larsen's and Linds. Good times!

3). What I was doing 1 year ago: Doug was a few months into his chief year and we were scoping out areas to live in Arizona.

4). What I did yesterday: Went to church, hung out as a family and tried to get our dog to walk on a leash....definitely more difficult than I imagined!

5) 5 snacks I enjoy: Club sticks, Sun chips, turkey on wheat thins, corn bread muffins, and pound cake.

6). 5 things I would do if I suddenly had $100 million dollars: Pay off ALL debt, actually carry cash in my wallet, set aside retirement and college funds for my kids, give our family some, and donate to charity.

7). 5 bad habits: Yelling at my children, being overly obsessed with cleaning my house, leaving the water run while I brush my teeth, getting involved in more things I can handle, and not making enough time for myself.

8). 5 things I like doing: Blogging, looking at decorated homes, scrap booking--if I make the time for it, exercising, and organizing things.

9). 5 T.V. shows that I watch: The Office, Heroes, So You Think You Can Dance, Traveler, and Lost. Are they starting yet? Jeesh! I am anxiously awaiting all!

10). 5 things I hate: Organizations not being organized, any seafood, dirty long nails on little kids, folding a white load of laundry, asking my kids to do something over and over again.

11). 5 biggest joys at the moment: Weston is asleep, Doug will be home tonight, I know what I am making for dinner, we have no extra activities tonight, and my grass is starting to grow slower which means fall is coming!

good deed: watched Maryn while Angie went to an appointment.

Okay, I have to LOL about folding the whites...I feel the SAME way!!

I love how you added pictures to yours and how can you snack on that kind of stuff and keep your figure girlfriend? You must have some great genes!! :)

I love these kind of posts. I will have to do one eventhough I'm not tagged :D

I have never watched heroes but an old friend of mines brother is in it. His name is Milo Ventimiglia. I may have to start.

So fun to read! Why just white laundry?? I think I prefer whites, to kid colors...all the tiny shirts and underwear...that is the pile I dread!

I went to school with Milo (Peter Petrelli) from the time I was in third grade. He was REALLY nice, always into acting, always VERY cute (looks exactly the same as the day he graduated high school), and he is very tiny. I have watched him on all the shows/ commercials he has done since graduation and it is so fun to see him on something successful! Brandon and I both LOVE HEROS!

I hate the white load too! I confess to just leaving it in the basket feeling spent and not wanting to fold it! So lazy of me! Glad I'm not alone though.

Great list and post! These are always fun to read!

Ah yes, I remember hiking the hills of SF. I remember watching you guys with Taylor and thinking that a baby was a lot of work, something we weren't ready for. Little did we know, we'd be pregnant only one month later. I can't believe that was 10 years ago!

The white load is the only one I like to fold- that is so funny.

I hate dirty long nails on kids too- I trim my girls nails every few days.

Heroes is the best. I loved that show. I am jealous that Becca went to school with Peter...

Hope you have a good night:) Enjoyed reading your "5 things"-didn't know that you liked Turkey on Wheat Thins.

I should be doing homework but I don't feel like it-I think I am going to the movies with Aaron instead. Hope to talk to you later this week!

oh my gosh! we have just gotten hooked on heroes. we never watched it last season, but decided to give it a shot because of all the hype. we've got 4 episodes left, and netflix is due to deliver it tomorrow! we are so hooked into it. i don't know why, but it makes me happy to know that milo is nice. i LOVED him as jess in gilmore girls.

anyway, one delicious snack that i discovered this summer thats similar to yours is turkey on multi-grain club crackers. SO good. the crackers are good just plain, too.

loved the list!

Love corn muffins, hate folding any laundry, love the office and SYTYCD (did you get tickets to it?) and love these meme posts Jenny! Thanks for sharing!

Love your list. Alrighty, I think if I were to do this then my numbers 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, most of 9, and 10 would look just like yours. Except I think I would have more junk food in the snack category. That' funny!

Thanks for tagging me. I will tackle it tomorrow. I need to start watching Heroes. I've heard great stuff about it. I'm with you. When is the fall season going to start? I can't wait.

Love the list! It's nice to find someone else who hates seafood! Ick! And folding whites? They usually hang out in the dryer longer than their darker counterparts!

Fun list!

I was laughing about you not liking to fold the whites. That is my least favorite to fold as well. It's always full of socks, t-shirts, etc and seems to take forever.

hey what fun post...and whites laundry...it is just a different kind of load for some reason I agree.

funny about the whites but I totally agree. So many parts to fold! And my fingers get all dry.

Add me to the list that has never seen heroes. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to get into some of the fall shows. Right now I'm getting a lot of reading done and I know being into a series will curb that.

I'm excited for the new tv season as well, but have enjoyed not being hooked on tv all summer the way I am so much of the year. I'm sure I'll surrender quickly.

All 5 things on your #11 sound like pure heaven and you like my favorite snacks. Except for the turkey on wheat things, I'd say cream cheese on wheat things! :)

Have you ever tried the Club Puffs, or they are called something like that. Super yummy!
